Me and my husband chose this for an activity to do on our honeymoon and it was the best decision ever!! Our only complaint was that we don’t live closer! 10/10 would recommend and this will be a reoccurring spot for our anniversaryPosted on GoogleJenny OverbeekAugust 4, 2025Courtney and Ursula were amazing! My daughter and I really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. The massage was just what we needed. Would definitely recommendPosted on GoogleReed BretzJuly 3, 2025I have been a client of Westside Massage since December of 2024. The space is extremely unique, full of history, and has an incredible, positive ambiance. The therapist I have been working with is London, who is incredible in his skills, technique, demeanor and professionalism. London takes the time to inquire about any issues that I may be having, and kindly explain what he will be focusing on. I have experienced many massages over the years, and London’s work is in my top 2 of massage therapists. Take the time to check out Westside Massage. You will not be disappointed.Posted on GoogleKenzie ClarkJune 27, 2025I suffer from a few chronic illnesses that leave me in constant pain. I had my first massage with London and it’s the first time in years that I’ve been able to turn my head without pain. I’ve noticed a HUGE difference. The location is so cool in the bank vault as well- I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment!Posted on GoogleRachel KovochJune 26, 2025Thank you John and London! We feel amazing! Wish we were local because this would become a regular thing!Posted on GoogleLisa MysiewiczApril 24, 2025My sister and I came in town at Easter to spend time in Grand Rapids. We booked a massage at Westside Massage and loved it. Best massages ever! John really helped me after a car accident and I had a deep tissue massage and I felt wonderful after. London gave my sister a swedish massage and she loved it. We both will be back!!! AMAZING! We will try to book appointments whenever we are going by Grand Rapids....it was that good! Phenomenal!!!Posted on GoogleEmy TiessMarch 27, 2025Courtney is fabulous! I got a maternity massage from her about a year ago and a deep tissue massage today. Both services were just exceptional. I could feel the entire first year of motherhood stress and tension melt away. So worth every penny.Posted on GoogleMaria StepanskiNovember 17, 2024My husband and I had a wonderful couples massage during a quick weekend getaway. The vault room was a beautiful setting. Eric and London were wonderful and both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed their work! All of the staff were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!Posted on GoogleMaryann GrauSeptember 30, 2024I scheduled a massage as I was in town for a wedding. I have had many massages in my life however this was the best I have ever had. The gentleman's technique and movement was one I have never experienced. I told him to go deep in pressure but if to much I told him and he corrected pressure immediately. I forgot his name but I'm sure with the right questions they could help you. He had glasses and dark hair. I was there Saturday September 28th at 930.Posted on GoogleCameron KoontzSeptember 9, 2024Westside massage has brought me so much relief!!
