My focus as an Exercise Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer is the integration of breath, postural mechanics, and mindfulness techniques to enhance the progression of each clients fitness goals. I believe that whole body-mind fitness is essential to any workout session, so only functional and mechanically sound exercises are used.
Rehab after surgery, limited mobility, postural alignment, I am here for you! I believe in utilizing the principles of intuitive movement and play into every session. With this unique system each client will learn to be in tune with their body, which enhances results, reduces the risk of injury, and makes exercise intentional and playful…as it should be. Being connected to my community is at the core of everything I strive to do!
